RATES Snowmobile No Snow Guarantee If the snowmobile trails are closed due to insufficient snow cover, and you do not wish to use your reservation, then 100% of your payment will be refunded or applied to a future booking. RATES SHOWN ARE FOR UP TO 4 GUESTS Weekly $699.00 $125.00 /night (2 night minimum) $115.00 /night (3 - 6 nights) $10.00 a night per extra person Pets allowed at $5.00 per day (East Only) Rates shown do not include the taxes (5.5%) which we must collect. Check in Check in is 3:00 p.m. Check out is 10:00 a.m. Check-in is after 3:00 p.m. Check-out must be by 10:00 a.m. Time between departures and arrivals is used to thoroughly clean and prepare the cottage for incoming guests. Please don't arrive early or stay late unless prior arrangements have been made. We require a minimum of 50% down within 7 days; to hold the reservation. The balance is due 30 days prior to the "check in" date. If the reservation is made in 30 days or less of the "check in" date, the full amount is required. Cancellation Policy We will give you a refund, minus $15 to cover the reservation expenses, if we are able to reserve your vacancy. In the case of an emergency, we will allow an alternate date within one year, if available. The alternate date's reservation must be for the same number of nights. Security Deposit To protect the property, we require a $200 check to cover accidental damage. We do not bank that check unless there is damage once the property is checked upon departure. We normally attach the check to the Rental Agreement and return it, voided. |
